I lost access to my Adobe eBook.  How do I get a replacement eBook?

1.  Please send us an email to request a replacement eBook.    Email the first and last names you used for your original order to: service@mbacase.comWe will send you an activation key and instructions for how to download your new eBook.

2.  You will receive an email with your activation key and download instructions within 8 hours.  If you have not received it within 8 hours, please check your spam folder.  The email will be from MBACASE (service@mbacase.com).  To ensure delivery, you can add service@mbacase.com to your address book.  Please notify us if you do not receive your activation key.

We are are supporting the eBook format only through April of 2010.  For this reason, we encourage all eBook customers to print a paper copy as a backup in case of a future loss of data.

Important Notice:  On April 4, 2009, Adobe released a new version of Digital Editions which is not compatible with our eBook.  This new version of DE is built on the Adobe Content Server 4 (ACS4) platform.  Our eBook provider was unable to migrate its database to ACS4, and as a result our eBook will no longer open in Digital Editions.  We are happy to announce that we have a new eBook provider and are no longer using Adobe's technology.  If you lost access to your eBook, please email us for a replacement copy.  We will verify your order history and send you a new eBook within 24 hours.
