Replacement eBook Instructions

I lost access to my Adobe eBook. How do I get a replacement eBook?

1. Please send us an email to request a replacement eBook. Email the first and last names you used for your original order to: service@mbacase.com. We will send you an activation key and instructions for how to download your new eBook.

2. You will receive an email with your activation key and download instructions within 8 hours. If you have not received it within 8 hours, please check your spam folder. The email will be from MBACASE (service@mbacase.com). To ensure delivery, you can add service@mbacase.com to your address book. Please notify us if you do not receive your activation key.
