We stand behind our products and services. Please see our refund guidelines below:

Crack the Case (hardcopy version): If you are not satisfied with the book, please return it to us and we will issue you a full refund. The returned book must be a complete copy with no missing pages. Crack the Case (eBook version): If you are not able to download the book due to technical difficulties, please contact us for a full refund. We are not able to offer a refund for a successfully downloaded eBook.

Workshops/Seminars: If you wish to cancel your registration for a workshop, please notify us 24 hours prior to the workshop and we will issue you a full refund. After a workshop/seminar has taken place, we will issue refunds at our discretion.

Case Interview Coaching Fees: If you do not use your coaching hours, MBACASE will pro-rate the value of your unused sessions and issue a refund if a refund request is made within 4 months of the original date of purchase.  A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.  After 4 months from the original date of purchase, no refunds will be given.  Your unused sessions will remain as credits and can be used at any time up until 12 months from the original date of purchase.  Credit for unused hours expire 12 months after the original date of purchase.
