Rikin trains and coaches at elite MBA, PhD, medical, law, and undergraduate programs across North America through Crack the Case workshops. In addition, he is an in-demand trainer at several Fortune 500 companies. He focuses on giving students, executives, and career center professionals invaluable preparation in the areas of problem-solving, logical communication, compelling presentation, and coaching/mentoring others.

During his four years at Bain & Company, he covered a wide breadth of strategy, M&A, operational, sales, and organizational casework across multiple industries including technology, energy, consumer goods, auto, entertainment and private equity. Prior to that, he spent time working with Deutsche Bank London, Morgan Stanley, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Rikin graduated from Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where he was involved with teaching business courses and extensive mentoring.

While consulting with Bain’s Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New Delhi offices, Rikin was recognized for his exceptional coaching and mentoring. He was passionate about recruiting and interviewing great candidates, as well as training them to succeed upon hiring. He managed new hire training, the summer intern program, and was involved in unique casework that studied how elite firms select top talent.

Rikin is also a professionally trained actor, writer, and meditation teacher. He uses his unique background to connect with individuals authentically, and to rapidly bring out their confidence across multiple talents. Rikin genuinely enjoys supporting others in achieving their aspirations.
